Job description Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience using spray equipment and applying automotive products in a professional environment. This position involves surface preparation, product application and ensuring quality workmanship on a variety of metal and vehicle components. Responsibilities Operate spray equipment to apply treatment products and coatings Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, and basic prep work Mix and handle materials following manufacturer guidelines Maintain consistent application quality and coverage Inspect completed work and perform touch-ups when needed Clean and maintain tools and spray equipment Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements Keep the work area organized and professional Qualifications Previous experience with spray equipment required Automotive, industrial, or paint application experience preferred Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment Ability to follow safety and operational procedures Preferred Skills Spray application, surface preparation, quality inspection, material handling, automotive finishing, industrial coatings.
