Job Description
Avid Auto Detailing is looking for a skilled Ceramic Coating Specialist to join our growing shop in Derry, NH. We're looking for someone who takes pride in high-level work, understands paint correction and ceramic coating prep, and can deliver clean, professional results without needing to be constantly supervised. Experience with PPF, window tint, and vinyl wrap is strongly preferred , but not required. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants steady work, flexibility, and room to grow with a shop. Responsibilities Perform ceramic coating installations on customer and fleet vehicles Complete proper wash, decontamination, clay bar, and prep work Perform paint correction and polishing before coatings Inspect paint condition and recommend the proper service level Apply coatings to paint, wheels, glass, trim, and other surfaces when needed Maintain a clean, organized work area Document completed work, products used, and job status Help prep vehicles for delivery, photos, or customer pickup Assist with detailing work when needed PPF, tint, and wrap installation experience is a plus Preferred Experience Ceramic coating installation experience Paint correction and machine polishing experience Interior and exterior detailing experience PPF installation experience preferred Window tint installation experience preferred Vinyl wrap installation experience preferred Experience working in a professional detail shop or automotive environment What We're Looking For Someone reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Strong pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and stay productive Clean work habits Good communication Willingness to learn and grow Valid driver's license preferred Basic tools preferred, but shop equipment is available Why Work With Us Steady work available High-end services with growth potential Flexible pay structure depending on experience and fit Hourly, commission, flat-rate, or subcontractor options available Shop access, equipment, and garage space provided Opportunity to grow with a company expanding into multiple automotive services No corporate nonsense, just a team that works hard and takes pride in the work Pay Compensation depends on experience, skill level, and structure.
