Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)

As needed About the Company Our client is a leading custom fabrication facility specializing in sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. They provide high-quality manufacturing solutions through skilled employees, advanced technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Powder Paint Sprayer to join their team. Responsibilities Apply powder coating consistently and accurately to parts and components Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Load and unload powder paint materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently Assist with other duties and workstations as needed to support production requirements Qualifications Required Minimum of 1 year of powder coating or powder painting experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience operating powder coating equipment and powder guns Ability to meet productivity and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
