Conformal Coating Technician Location:

3 month contract to hire
Shifts:
Monday - Thursday, 6:00am- 4:30pm (Four 10 hour days)
Pay:
$16-20/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Conformal Coating Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for applying protective coatings to electronic components and ensuring product quality through precision work and adherence to established processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in spray painting, handling chemical mixtures, and performing meticulous preparation work Key Responsibilities Apply conformal coating to electronic assemblies using spray equipment Accurately mix two-part liquid compounds according to specified ratios and procedures Perform masking, taping, and preparation of components prior to coating Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling materials Qualifications Previous experience in spray painting or similar coating applications Hands-on experience mixing two-part liquids with accuracy Familiarity with masking and taping techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
