6am•2:30pm M-F Saturday's when required

Job Purpose:
Will play a critical role in the success of the operation of the paint spray process.
Duties:
Troubleshoots any issues encountered during painting operation. Powder coat products to specified thickness and coverage. Keeps all machinery clean and in good working condition. As appropriate will train employees on procedures. Interprets directions and provides ongoing feedback on product issues and suggestions. Works closely with Supervisor and co-workers to ensure quality of product and deadlines are met.
REQUIREMENTS
Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot issues with the paint machine At least 1 year of powder coating experience Excellent housekeeping skills Ability to work independently and follow through on directions Must be capable of managing multiple priorities Strong attention to detail Ability to pass respirator/fit test exam
