This position is responsible for the full cycle of painting materials within the Fabrication department. This includes preparing, coating, and handling parts while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met. Responsibilities Perform painting operations using spray equipment on fabricated materials Load, unload, hang, unhang, sort, and palletize materials Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret blueprints and production orders Maintain proper measuring techniques and care of tools/equipment Identify quality issues and escalate to lead or supervisor as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Support continuous workflow and assist with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in painting, sorting, or material handling preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic problem-solving skills and initiative Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (no alternating sit/stand) Ability to lift up to 26 lbs repeatedly Frequent reaching overhead, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling Must have excellent natural or corrected vision At Gojob, we celebrate workplace diversity.
