Job Overview Join our team as a Woolwax® Vehicle Rust Prevention Undercoater and play a vital role in protecting vehicles from corrosion and environmental damage. In this energetic position, you will apply specialized undercoating materials to vehicle undersides, ensuring long-lasting durability and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help extend the lifespan of vehicles, contributing to the overall quality and safety standards of our dealership or auto service center. This position requires "excellence" in every aspect, from communications with customers, product application, and final delivery of the vehicle to the customer. •Possible owner / operator potential for the right applicant Absolutely no telephone calls about this position. Duties Prepare vehicle undersides by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure optimal coating adhesion Apply rust prevention undercoating using airless paint spraying equipment, power tools, and hand tools with precision and efficiency Conduct inspections of vehicle frames and undercarriages to identify rust-prone areas requiring treatment Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials used and areas treated, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive service background preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Hands-on experience auto body repair, auto painting, or auto restoration is highly desirable Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, buffing machines, and detailing tools Mechanic experience or automotive technical training will enhance your ability to excel in this role Embark on a career that combines technical skill development with the satisfaction of protecting vehicles from corrosion!
