Our powder coating team plays a critical role in transforming used components into beautiful, durable finishes that look brand new. We're looking for a reliable, experienced, detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our production crew. This is a hands-on role where your skill directly contributes to the quality and performance of the remanufactured products we provide to clients across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, tacking, masking, etc.) Load/unload parts onto conveyorized system while adhering to company safety procedures Understanding optimization while loading of conveyor system Apply powder coat using Gema spray gun systems and maintain proper technique Operate and maintain curing oven, conveyor system, powder coating booth and Gema spray equipment Record and maintain daily powder usage and inventory Inspect and touch up parts for consistent, high-quality finish Follow job orders, deadlines, and color codes Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or finishing work (1-2 years preferred) Familiarity with powder coating equipment, ovens, and handling metal components Physically capable of lifting, moving average weight (25-50lbs) and occasionally lifting heavy weight materials (up to 70lbs) Ability to stand and work on your feet over a full workshift Someone who takes pride in their work and works well on a team Dependable and able to meet production goals without sacrificing quality Nice to Have (But Not Required): Forklift experience or certification Knowledge of different types of powder finishes, materials and processes
