Pay starts at $17.00 an hour Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30 with 1/2 hour lunch Need to own vehicle or reliable transportation. Need to be able to get from one job site to another within the work day. Job Summary:

The position is responsible for performing painting tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance of structures and surfaces in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking tape Clean work areas and maintain equipment and tools Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Communicate with supervisors to discuss project requirements and timelines

Skills:

Basic proficiency in English for communication Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Familiarity with painting tools and techniques Attention to detail and precision in work Good manual dexterity and physical stamina

Education and Training Required:

On-the-job training provided

Experience Required:

No prior experience required

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods

Work Environment:

Exposure to paint fumes and chemicals Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions

Additional Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license Must own a vehicle or have reliable transportation Responsible for performing all assigned painting duties in a professional manner.
