We support customers across aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment. Role Overview We're seeking a precise, safety-conscious Industrial Painter to apply aerospace coatings efficiently and consistently on second shift. Schedule 2nd shift Five days per week Eight-hour shifts 2:00pm-10:30pm Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to parts quickly, accurately, and safely. Load/unload items from paint booths, drying racks, and related fixtures. Perform cleaning and preparation before and after paint. Mask parts per blueprints, travelers, or other documented instructions. Stage products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspection, or wrapping. Verify finished work meets quality standards. Start machines/equipment to execute paint and related processes. Operate paint-process equipment and instruments safely and efficiently; assist other operators when needed. Keep the booth, tools, and work cell clean and orderly. Follow all storage and material handling procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior industrial or automotive painting experience. Demonstrated inspection capability. Basic math proficiency. Fluent in written and spoken English. High integrity with a strong safety focus.
