Summary As a Seal Coater at Heiberger Paving Inc, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for applying sealant to asphalt surfaces. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity and appearance of paved areas while contributing to our mission of providing high-quality paving solutions. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for seal coating by cleaning and repairing as needed. Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply sealant evenly and efficiently. Mix sealant materials according to specifications for optimal performance. Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during all sealing operations. Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Monitor weather conditions to determine optimal sealing times and procedures. Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting or seal coating is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance. Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques is a plus. Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently. Experience with power tools and construction equipment is essential. Forklift certification is beneficial but not required. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
