At Leppo Rents, we're looking for individuals who take pride in quality work, want to grow their skills, and enjoy working with heavy machinery.
Operating Hours:
7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday What You'll Do Prepare heavy machinery and equipment surfaces through sanding, grinding, and chemical cleaning Mask and protect equipment areas before painting Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers Inspect finished surfaces for quality and perform touch-ups as needed Operate and maintain painting and safety equipment including spray booths and sand blasting booths Follow safety protocols and properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials What You'll Bring A high school diploma or GED (technical or trade school training preferred) At least 2 years of experience with surface prep and painting on large vehicles or machinery Strong knowledge of paint types, surface prep, and application methods Ability to read and follow technical manuals and safety data sheets A safety-focused mindset and ability to work thoroughly and independently Why Join Leppo?
