m. Responsibilities Apply wet paint and/or powder coatings using industrial spray equipment. Prepare metal components for painting and coating. Set up and operate industrial parts washer. Load and unload parts from the conveyor system. Mix paint to the required color and consistency or load powder into hoppers. Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper bake times and temperatures. Inspect finished products and verify coating thickness using a mil thickness gauge. Remove masking materials and prepare finished parts for the next stage of production. Qualifications Preferred minimum of 2 years of industrial painting or powder coating experience. Experience with wet paint and powder coating is strongly preferred. At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, walking, reaching, and other physical tasks throughout the shift. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Stable work history.
