Spray Painter / Industrial Finisher (Manufacturing)
Hourly Rate:
$20 per hour (Starting)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Full-Time)

Sharonville, OH About Us We are a premier manufacturing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our team. In this role, you will apply high-quality finishes to our manufactured products, ensuring they meet strict durability and quality standards.
What We Offer Competitive Pay:
Starting at $20/hour(more with proven experience)
Consistent Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Comprehensive Health Care coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation and holidays Key Responsibilities Prepare manufactured parts (cleaning, sanding, masking) prior to painting. Mix and match paints and primers to correct specifications. Polyurethane based mix. Operate and maintain shop spray equipment (HVLP, airless, and spray booths). Apply uniform coats of paint without runs, drips, or missed spots. Inspect finished parts for quality and correct any defects Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements Previous experience in industrial manufacturing or commercial spray painting. Familiarity with paint mixing, viscosity, and spray equipment maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Reliable transportation to the Sharonville area

From $20.00 per hour
