Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an Aircraft Component Painter to join our Technical Services team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for painting aircraft components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mix and apply paint according to specifications. Inspect painted components for quality and adherence to standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Document work performed and materials used. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in aircraft painting or related field preferred. Knowledge of painting techniques and materials. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
