This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of automotive projects, transforming vehicles with eye-catching wraps and flawless paint finishes. As a key contributor, you will bring your expertise in vehicle customization, auto body repair, and painting to deliver high-quality results that exceed customer expectations. Your hands-on skills and passion for automotive aesthetics will help elevate our reputation for excellence in vehicle customization and restoration. Responsibilities Install vehicle wraps with precision, ensuring proper adhesion, alignment, and finish quality across different vehicle types. Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and smooth finishes. Apply automotive paint using airless spray systems, buffing, and detailing techniques to achieve a flawless appearance. Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, and minor welding to restore vehicles to their best condition. Use various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for sanding, grinding, polishing, and other repair tasks. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, minor repairs, and auto restoration work as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards at all times. Skills Proven experience with dealership auto body repair, auto painting, or vehicle customization projects. Strong welding skills combined with mechanical knowledge for repairs and modifications. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and buffing machines. Knowledge of auto glass replacement and detailing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle installation and repair work. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about project progress or concerns. Familiarity with auto estimating processes for parts and labor costs is a plus.
