Skilled Industrial Painter We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the Skilled Industrial Painter position at a local steel mill in Youngstown, OH. Hours:

3rd Shift, starting at midnight, ending at 12:00:01

PM Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

File, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces using power and hand tools Inspect repaired surfaces and ensure proper finish and quality of paint jobs Fit and weld replacement parts, grind down welds to smoothness Prime and paint surfaces using HVLP spray guns and motorized sanders Follow supervisor instructions on job specifics and timing Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Ability to follow safety and work instructions Knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques Understanding of raw materials, production processes, and quality control Ability to visualize how things will look after movement or rearrangement Strong organizational skills Nice to

Have Skills:

Welding experience Industrial painting experience Steel or heavy industry familiarity

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED Previous industrial painting or welding experience

Other Requirements:

On-site work only Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Must wear PPE properly and respond quickly to sounds and visual cues
