This hands-on role involves preparing and painting industrial components in an open-air shop environment while ensuring all coatings meet customer specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for painters looking for long-term stability, steady hours, and strong earning potential after hire. What You'll Do Prepare industrial parts and surfaces for paint application Mix paints, catalysts, and hardeners according to specifications Apply industrial coatings using pot guns and related equipment Measure coating thickness and inspect finished products for quality Correct paint defects such as runs, light spots, and uneven coverage Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking For Previous industrial painting experience required Ability to read and follow customer specification sheets Experience mixing paints, catalysts, and hardeners Experience operating pot guns and industrial paint equipment Ability to inspect finishes and identify coating defects Comfortable working in heat and open-air shop environments Reliable transportation Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen Work Environment Open-air industrial shop setting Exposure to heat, paint fumes, coatings, and industrial materials Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement PPE required in production areas Why Apply?
