Industrial Painter (Manufacturing)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. This role supports the production of specialized electrical equipment used in naval applications, including switches, lighting fixtures, receptacles, junction boxes, terminal boxes, and loudspeakers. Our facility works with a variety of materials including titanium, brass, stainless steel, and molded plastics , producing high-quality components for demanding environments.

Tulsa, OK Pay:

$27-$30 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00

PM Overtime:

Fridays as needed Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.) Apply coatings using spray equipment and other industrial painting methods Mix paints and coatings to required specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance standards Maintain painting equipment and work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Work closely with production team to meet deadlines Qualifications Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience Experience with spray painting equipment and coating applications Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $27-$30/hour (based on experience) Consistent full-time schedule with 3-day weekends Opportunity for overtime on Fridays Stable manufacturing environment Work on specialized, high-quality products for naval applications
