As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating to various metal parts and products. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail. ## Duties

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns or other application methods
• Monitor the curing process to ensure a high-quality finish
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner ## Skills
• Experience with power tools and hand tools
• Ability to weld and fabricate metal parts
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of auto painting techniques is a plus
• Experience with construction painting is beneficial
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and cranes
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
