Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the production process through skilled handling of materials, assembly, and finishing tasks. Your expertise will ensure that products meet quality standards while maintaining safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments to assemble, fabricate, and repair parts or structures Perform auto body repairs, auto painting, industrial painting, and construction painting to ensure product quality and durability Conduct machining tasks including cutting, shaping, and finishing metal or plastic components with precision Utilize crane operations for lifting heavy materials or equipment during fabrication or assembly processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with safety standards Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste Requirements Proven experience with forklift operation and crane handling in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, machining, welding, and auto body repair Familiarity with industrial painting techniques including airless paint spraying and auto painting processes Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments accurately Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of materials handling procedures and safety protocols in an industrial environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a where your skills will directly impact the quality of our products! Pay:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
