Greeneville, TN Starting Pay:
$20.25/hour We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare and paint large equipment using HVLP and pump-style spray systems. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits, advancement opportunities, and performance-based incentives. Responsibilities Sand and prepare surfaces for painting Apply high-quality paint and topcoat finishes Build and maintain proper topcoat thickness Read blueprints and follow work instructions Maintain paint equipment and ensure quality standards Work safely while meeting production goals Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and reaching Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience with gravity-fed HVLP guns and pump-style spray systems required Knowledge of paint mixing procedures and chemical usage Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs and work 8- 10 hour shifts in a manufacturing environment Benefits Medical and Dental Insurance Company-Matched 401(k) Company-paid Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Professional Development Programs Career Advancement Opportunities Paid Holidays and Vacation Attendance Incentives www.Atwork.
