assures the success of subcontractor technicians by providing: Comprehensive, paid training program Ongoing no-interest equipment and material lines of credit provided All aspects of job scheduling, marketing, sales, work-order administration, customer billing and support Weekly pay guaranteed every Friday
SUBCONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Completing work-orders in a timely and professional manner Extensive preparation, resurfacing and clean-up of counter tops, cabinets, bathtubs and surrounds Sanding, masking, fiberglass repair, protecting adjacent surfaces, appliances and customer belongings HVLP spray applications of epoxy and acrylic polymers
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Painting & surface prep, auto body, or industrial surface preparation. HVLP paint application NEEDED Pass background check Have and maintain a valid driver's license Possess a registered, insured, reliable vehicle that is capable of transporting work related supplies to and from work assignments Possess a cell phone with active voicemail, email and text capabilities Maintain a continuous positive and professional working relationship with customers and company personnel. Must be able to travel between properties in the greater Knoxville, TN area
