Commercial Sign Painter

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced commercial painter to join our production team. However, we are also open to individuals who may not have direct signage experience but show strong interest in our business, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn the trade. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in producing finished signage products.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and paint sign components using spray equipment Work closely with a supportive team to help produce high-quality products Assist with daily production tasks, including assembling, packaging, and quality checks (if needed) Perform surface preparation such as sanding, priming, masking, and cleaning Mix paints and assist with color matching as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Learn new processes and contribute ideas to improve workflow Support overall team goals and celebrate shared success

What We're Looking For:

Commercial, industrial, or automotive painting experience preferred A positive attitude and willingness to learn Curiosity about our products and how they're made Strong teamwork and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset Self-motivation and ability to take initiative Ability to stay focused, follow instructions, and manage tasks independently Adaptability, reliability, and strong attendance Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Strong work ethic
