This role is ideal for a skilled painter who takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and delivering consistent, highquality results. You'll be responsible for timely, precise refinishing of new and used vehicles, working in a fastpaced environment where quality and productivity matter. Role Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for painting by removing accessories, masking components, applying body filler, buffing surfaces, and properly prepping panels for flawless paint adhesion Mix, match, and apply paint using professional spray equipment and techniques to deliver factoryquality finishes Inspect and perfectly finished vehicles, correcting runs, sags, or imperfections through polishing, waxing, and final detailing Estimate labor and materials for paint projects and accurately track materials used for inventory and cost control Maintain equipment and a safe work environment, ensuring full compliance with shop safety standards and proper handling of hazardous and nonhazardous materials
Employee Prerequisites:
Quick start - complete onboarding within days and get to work fast Comfortable driving automatic and manual vehicles; physically able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift as needed Flexible schedule to support shop and production needs Able to work independently or as part of a highperforming team Ability to follow detailed painting and repair instructions with consistency and accuracy Body shop painting experience (competitive pay based on skill and performance)
