Minimum of two (2) years Car Painter experience is required for this position

Driver's License:

Standard Class C License is required to complete assigned job tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older per policy

Duties:

Cleaning and sanding vehicle surfaces to remove dirt, rust, or old paint Masking off areas (windows, trim, etc.) that shouldn't be painted Mixing and matching paint colors to get the exact shade Applying primer, base coat, and clear coat using spray equipment Ensuring smooth, even coverage without drips or defects Following manufacturer specifications for paint application Filling dents, scratches, or imperfections before painting Smoothing surfaces using sanding tools and fillers Inspecting the finished paint job for consistency and flaws Polishing and buffing surfaces to achieve a glossy finish Cleaning and maintaining spray guns, compressors, and other tools Following safety procedures when handling chemicals and paints Wearing protective gear (masks, gloves, goggles) Working in ventilated environments to avoid harmful fumes
