Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Industrial Painter/Sandblaster to join our production team immediately. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire assignment (conversion based on performance and business needs). If you are reliable, have experience with 2-part epoxy, and are ready to work overtime in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

ScheduleCompensation Hours:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Saturdays:
8 hours (Mandatory as needed)

3-Month Assignment (Potential for Direct Hire)
Key Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience in Sandblasting and 2-part Epoxy Painting is required (Must be clearly listed on your resume).
Reliability:
A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
Skills:
High attention to detail and the ability to follow strict specifications.
Availability:
Immediate availability to interview and start.
Responsibilities Surface Prep:
Prepare equipment surfaces using sandblasting, hand sanding, taping, pneumatic sanders, or grinding tools.
Painting:
Prepare paint and equipment; apply primer and paint according to technical specifications.
Material Handling:
Operate an overhead crane to move materials and equipment to staging areas.
Flexibility:
Cross-train in other manufacturing areas and assist with plant housekeeping (sweeping, trash, chemical storage).
Safety:
Strictly follow all safety/environmental policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work EnvironmentPhysical Requirements Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand and remain active for 8-12 hours daily.
Environment:
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled plant (no A/C).
Training:
Willingness to undergo 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training.
