Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter / Coating Technician to apply protective coatings to industrial equipment, components, and surfaces in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with spray painting, powder coating, autobody, or industrial coating experience . Key Responsibilities Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment and established procedures Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking, inspecting) prior to coating Inspect finished work to ensure quality and proper thickness Perform testing and quality checks on coated surfaces Maintain daily production and work logs Identify defects or inconsistencies and correct as needed Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience in manufacturing, industrial painting, or coatings Ability to read measurements and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to wear respirator and work in confined spaces Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical work Preferred Experience Candidates with backgrounds such as:
