Weekly A leading metal manufacturing company in Fort Worth is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Masking, Painting, and Taping Associate. This position is responsible for preparing metal products for painting and finishing by masking, taping, and assisting with paint-related processes. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are required.Responsibilities:
- Apply masking materials and tape to metal parts before painting
- Prepare surfaces for painting and finishing
- Assist with painting and coating processes
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous manufacturing, painting, masking, or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
