Full Job Description Compensation:

Based on skill and experience LoneStar Auto Recon LLC is hiring a Mobile Paint Repair Technician to service local auto dealerships. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in quality, and want to grow with a solid, team‑focused company, this role is for you. What You'll Do Repair and refinish paint and bumpers on pre‑owned vehicles Perform prep, sanding, finishing, and touch‑up Travel to multiple dealership locations daily Work outdoors using professional‑grade tools and equipment What You Need Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in painting, prepping, or body repair preferred Ability to work in all weather conditions (gear provided) Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and color vision Professional appearance and communication Who We Are A respectful, growth‑minded company with a team‑first culture and the energy of a startup.
