Painter Stone Bridge Personnel
  • Fort Worth, TX Stone Bridge Personnel is currently seeking dependable and motivated Painter for a client located in Fort Worth, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of recent Painter experience who are looking to grow with a union company
  • Manufacturing Setting Pay $18.00 per hour Schedule Monday
  • Friday 6:30 AM
  • 2:30 PM Some Saturdays Some Overtime Location Fort Worth, TX Requirements Accountable for properly loading and unloading of tunnel(s) onto the Paint Booth trolley.
2. Accountable for inspection of tunnel to assure all welds are proper and pass quality control standards. If defects are noted, report this information to the lead person or supervisor. 3. Responsible for properly preparing the tunnel for application of paint, including wash, zinc plating, drying and primer. 4. Accountable for the proper mixing of paints and epoxy. 5. Accountable for application of paint and all applicable material to assure a quality paint job. 6. Accountable for maintaining a production schedule to assure meets or beats the Production Schedule. 7. Accountable in assuring that all small components to be prepped and painted are grouped with similar parts in minimize downtime and increase efficiency. 8. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all paperwork related to the tunnel(s). 9. Responsible for keeping abreast of proper painting processes and techniques, and insuring that all steps of paint process and schedule is followed completely in regards to completion and quality. 10. Responsible for recommending and insuring that quality and productivity needs and improvements are communicated to the lead person or supervisor, in order that the Paint operation is the industry leader. Responsible for high level of effective communication within and across departments, as well as management levels. Participate in Company Safety Program through safety meetings, audits, following good safe work practices and maintaining a safety and clean work environment. Maintain work area in a neat, clean and safe manner. Participate and add value as a member of the Paint Department Team. #FW333
