Responsibilities Prepare bathtubs by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of refinishing materials Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings using spray guns or brushes with precision and consistency Follow detailed safety protocols to handle chemicals responsibly and maintain a safe work environment Inspect finished surfaces for quality, smoothness, and durability, making adjustments as needed Maintain accurate records of each job, including materials used and time spent on each project Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards throughout each job Qualifications Prior experience in bathtub refinishing, reglazing, or related surface restoration is highly preferred Knowledge of chemical handling, safety procedures, and proper application techniques Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing flawless finishes Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy equipment, and perform detailed manual tasks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus Join us in revitalizing bathrooms with expert craftsmanship!
