Nailor manufactures a unique and comprehensive line of products including Air Control & Distribution products, VAV Terminal Units, Green Building products, Fan Coil Units, Electric Duct Heaters, Sound Attenuators, Air Handling Units, and Filter Housings. About the Role Thermal Corp is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to support production of air handling units (AHUs) used in data centers. In this role, you'll apply high-quality coatings to large HVAC equipment, helping ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean, professional finish for mission-critical environments. What You'll Do Prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) for painting Apply primers and coatings using spray equipment (HVLP, airless, etc.) Paint large components and assembled air handling units Mix coatings and ensure consistent color, texture, and thickness Inspect finishes and perform touch-ups as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial painting experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience with spray equipment and coating applications Ability to work on large equipment or fabricated metal parts Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read work instructions and follow specifications Why Join Thermal Corp?
