Job Description

Pay Range:
$35,360.00 to $43,680.00 Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Powder Coating Helper to join our production team. This entry-level position supports the powder coating process by assisting with part preparation, masking, hanging, quality checks, and general shop duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare metal parts for powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, and racking)
  • Hang and remove parts from the coating line
  • Assist powder coaters with setup and color changes
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Support shipping/receiving and other shop tasks as needed Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take direction Essential Job Function
