If you take pride in producing flawless finishes, removing defects, and making vehicles look better than new, we want to talk with you. Compensation $20.00-$25.00 per hour to start plus bonuses/commissions Full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance, sales, and commissions Responsibilities Perform one-step and multi-step paint correction services Machine polishing and defect removal Swirl mark, oxidation, and scratch reduction Clay bar and paint decontamination processes Ceramic coating preparation and installation Paint inspection using proper lighting techniques Final quality control inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area Proper care and maintenance of company tools and equipment Qualifications
ONE YEAR
minimum previous paint correction, buffing, detailing, or body shop finishing experience
REQUIRED.
