Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Warranty & Paint Repairs Perform paint touch-ups and repairs in new and existing homes Address warranty-related paint issues with attention to detail and quality workmanship Match existing paint textures and finishes to ensure a seamless appearance Identify and resolve paint defects and minor cosmetic issues efficiently Customer Service & Communication Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members Represent KYCO Services with a positive attitude and excellent customer service Ensure homeowners feel informed and satisfied throughout the repair process Project & Worksite Management Manage daily schedules and travel between job sites throughout Utah County and surrounding areas Maintain cleanliness and organization at each worksite Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Additional Duties Assist with additional warranty-related tasks as needed Support other departments and team members when necessary

Qualifications:

Previous painting experience is required Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently in the field Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License Must have a clean MVR to qualify for a company vehicle Ability to travel throughout Utah County and surrounding areas • Company vehicle and fuel provided What Success Looks Like in
