Job Description
Skillforce is hiring Industrial Coatings Technicians for active commercial and industrial projects across the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets. We're filling multiple openings for industrial painters, sandblasters, epoxy floor installers, and concrete polishers - if you have hands-on experience in any of these trades, we want to talk. Pay & Schedule $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience Schedule varies by project; day, night, and weekend shifts as required to meet deadlines Weekly pay Immediate openings available Responsibilities Prep surfaces: clean, mask, grind, and sandblast Apply industrial coatings using sprayers, brushes, and rollers Install epoxy, urethane, MMA, and polyaspartic floor systems Polish concrete using diamond tooling and surface grinders Inspect work for coating thickness, finish, and coverage Follow safety protocols and wear required
