We're looking for a person with blast/powder coat/painting experience to join our dynamic team in Roanoke, VA, and help us manage shipping and receiving. What You'll Do:

Receive parts and products that have been constructed/welded in our manufacturing area In some cases, blast the item to ensure the proper preparation for powder coating In some cases, the item has been blasted and is ready for Powder Coat Prepare the part or product for powder coating Spray the part or product with the appropriate color and type of powder according to the order directions Ensure proper coverage of the powder as per specification Bake the part or product to set the finish Label parts with part numbers as required Using a forklift, move parts and pallets as required to ready them for shipment

Maintain Safety:

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace What you must bring:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in industrial painting/powder coating

Skills:

Operate a forklift

Mindset:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills

Team Spirit:

Ability to work independently or collaboratively with clear, confident communication.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

ISO 9001
