Contract An established marine and industrial contractor is seeking an experienced Painter/Blaster Foreman to lead a short-term project in Everett, Washington. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing blasting and painting operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew performing abrasive blasting and industrial painting Perform hands-on blasting and painting as needed Oversee work on scaffolding and ensure compliance with all safety procedures Coordinate daily tasks to keep the project on schedule Monitor quality of surface preparation and coating application Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and PPE Communicate effectively with project management and crew members Project Details Blast and paint a marine caisson Apply Fast Clad industrial coating system Work will be performed from scaffolding Qualifications Previous experience as Painter/Blaster Foreman or Crew Lead required Strong industrial blasting and coating experience Comfortable working on scaffolding and at heights Marine, shipyard, or heavy industrial experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and safety mindset Ability to pass any required pre-employment screening Compensation $20.00/hour $250/day Per Diem (for qualified travelers) Approximately 1-month assignment Immediate start available #
