In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing parts for painting by performing thorough surface cleaning, sanding, masking, and minor repairs. Your expertise will help ensure that each part receives a flawless finish, contributing to our reputation for quality craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Clean and sand surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion using hand tools and power tools Mask off areas not to be painted with tape, paper, or plastic to protect existing finishes Operate buffing equipment to achieve smooth, professional finishes Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored Keep track of job completion by filling out paperwork as needed Experience Prior forklift operating experience is preferred but training can be provided Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment Ability to lift heavy parts or equipment safely during preparation tasks Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in an industrial setting. Pay:
