HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Under the direction of the Powder Coat Supervisor and Lead, effectively perform a variety of finishing operations of parts and components for product lines.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Set up and operates equipment and machinery to include hanging, masking, shot blasting, passivation and operate power/hand tools as needed. Practices quality control for finished products. Perform routine maintenance functions and trouble shooting of equipment as needed Job rotation with other team members Participate in 5s activities.

Active Team Player Good interpersonal and communications skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift repetitively up to 50 lbs to head level.
