ACI is looking for a Painter- Wet Spray on 1st shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility.

Responsibilities:

Meet quality, safety, and production standards Apply coatings to various substrates (large and small parts) using HVLP, electrostatic, powder equipment in a fast paced production environment Apply a variety of coatings including but not limited to CARC, 2 part epoxy, and enamels, both solvent and waterborne Identify, troubleshoot, and correct potential quality issues associated with coatings, equipment, and part presentation

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience as a wet paint sprayer A complete understanding of fluid delivery and atomizing set up to provide maximum transfer efficiency and throughput A complete understanding of Mil thickness and be able to perform a Mil thickness test using Wet and Dry Mil gauges Prior experience in a job shop setting If you like what you see...explore more!
