Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting industrial equipment and structures, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of various painting techniques and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve a smooth and even finish. Inspect painted surfaces for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups. Maintain and operate painting equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including assembly, welding, or operating forklifts when required. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial painting or auto body repair is preferred. Familiarity with machining processes and lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools effectively. Experience with auto painting techniques is advantageous. Ability to work in a warehouse setting and adapt to various working conditions. Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
