Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Finishing Department Painter to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Maintaining and servicing all paint equipment Experience with pressure pot and spray gun preferred Prepping for finishing, sanding, scuffing, etc. Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules. Attention to detail and a keen eye for color Pay will be based on experience Excellent creative working environment Applicant must be able to lift 75 pounds - frequently, solve basic math problems and work indoors in a fast pace factory environment. Job Type:

Full-time or Part-time Qualifications Proven experience in industrial or construction painting, auto painting, or auto body repair Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and airless paint spraying systems Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Familiarity with materials handling, assembly processes, and lean manufacturing principles Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and basic math for quality control purposes Strong understanding of safety standards related to industrial painting and fabrication environments Join us at 14 West as a Finishing Department Painter where your craftsmanship will directly impact the quality of our products.
