Evening/Closing Shifts (Weekends Required) The Peach Cobbler Factory believes the cornerstone of a thriving business is its people. We are seeking energetic, positive, and dependable individuals to join our team as CobbleRistas . In this role, team members support all areas of store operations—from customer service and order fulfillment to food preparation and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Part-time positions are available with schedules assigned based on business needs , including two weekend shifts per month . Key Responsibilities Customer Service / Cashier Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the store. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently. Answer customer questions and provide recommendations on menu items. Process cash, credit, and digital payments while following proper cash-handling procedures. Ensure a welcoming and positive customer experience at all times. Food Preparation / Baking Support Assist with preparing menu items and ingredients prior to opening and throughout the day. Prepare toppings, bottle beverages, and assist with baking and cooking menu items. Follow standardized recipes and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Order Fulfillment / Runner Deliver completed orders to customers promptly and accurately. Verify order accuracy before serving. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations. General Store Operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, food preparation areas, and dining spaces. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Promote new products and menu items through friendly customer engagement. Support team members across all areas to ensure efficient store operations. All team members are referred to as CobbleRistas and are expected to work collaboratively while maintaining the high service standards of The Peach Cobbler Factory. Hours of Operation Monday - Sunday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Preferred Qualifications ServSafe Certification (preferred but not required) Strong customer service experience Previous food service or hospitality experience Basic knowledge of baking or cooking Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Familiarity with food safety protocols Ideal Candidate The ideal CobbleRista is friendly, reliable , detail-oriented, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for customers.
