Duties Operate and monitor claw machines to ensure proper functionality throughout each shift Assist guests with gameplay, answer questions, and promote a fun, welcoming atmosphere Perform routine inspections of machines using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure mechanical integrity Conduct quality inspections on machines, checking for wear and tear, and report any malfunctions promptly Handle materials safely during machine restocking or repairs, utilizing materials handling techniques and hand tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area to uphold safety standards and enhance guest experience Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC equipment, or press brake machines if applicable Support inventory management by tracking prizes and supplies using basic math skills and warehouse experience Join us and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences!
