Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot access control systems including card readers, door controllers, and credential management platforms
- Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling associated with access control infrastructure
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with project managers and engineers
- Complete installation documentation and quality assurance reports
- Perform system testing and commissioning upon project completion Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience installing and servicing access control systems
- Familiarity with industry-recognized platforms (Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Honeywell, or similar)
- Experience with low-voltage cabling and termination practices
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and perform basic math
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs, work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
