Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
Design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation and electrical control systems-including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics-while ensuring safe, compliant operation, supporting equipment startups and upgrades, collaborating crossfunctionally to improve performance and uptime, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement and automation projects.
Required Experience & Skills:
3-5+ years in industrial controls or manufacturing maintenance; strong AllenBradley PLC/HMI experience; working knowledge of servo motion systems, VFDs, industrial sensors; ability to read schematics and ladder logic; Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, P&IDs; strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
Work Environment & Other Requirements:
Industrial manufacturing setting with electrical and mechanical systems; adherence to PPE and safety standards; occasional offshift, weekend, or oncall support may be required.
Education and Experience Needed:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation or related field. 3-5+ years in industrial controls or maintenance withing a manufacturing environment Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
