Job Description

Turbine Flow Meter Assembly TechnicianPosition Summary ZenTech Consulting is hiring a Turbine Flow Meter Assembly Technician to support precision manufacturing operations for advanced HVAC and flow measurement instrumentation. This role is responsible for assembling small mechanical components, performing detailed inspections, and supporting testing and calibration activities to ensure high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience with small-part assembly, and the ability to work in a detail-focused manufacturing environment where accuracy and consistency are critical. Key Responsibilities Assemble turbine flow meter components and related instrumentation based on engineering drawings and work instructions Perform precision mechanical assembly of small parts, fittings, sensors, and turbine systems Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy, fit, and quality standards Use hand tools, calipers, torque tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively Support testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of completed assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Maintain accurate production and quality records Prepare and stage components for production runs Follow ISO, ESD, and company safety/quality standards at all times Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve efficiency and process flow Qualifications 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or instrumentation preferred Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Experience working with small parts and precision assemblies Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments (calipers, torque tools, etc.) Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment Basic computer and documentation skills Preferred Experience Assembly of flow meters, sensors, or HVAC instrumentation Experience with calibration or testing procedures Knowledge of ISO-regulated manufacturing environments Light soldering or electrical assembly experience Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices Work Environment Manufacturing/production environment Detail-oriented, precision assembly work May involve standing for extended periods and handling small components What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Stable, full-time work environment Opportunity to grow in precision manufacturing and instrumentation Training and development opportunities
