AMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Maximize Operational Reliability:
Lead the charge in achieving zero-downtime goals. Execute rapid diagnostics to identify root causes of equipment failure, conducting both preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure 100% production efficiency.
Command Control Systems:
Serve as the technical expert for plant automation. Maintain, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) to keep our control loops and automated systems running at peak performance.
Optimize Plant Utilities:
Provide hands-on maintenance for critical plant infrastructure, including pneumatics, steam systems, refrigeration, water, and HVAC. Oversee the successful installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
Champion Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a best-in-class safety environment.
Data-Driven Asset Management:
Utilize our CMMS to track equipment health, manage parts inventory, and document procedural changes.
